Curb Crossing Application
Sidewalks are not intended for vehicle traffic. If you wish to modify vehicle access to your property, you must complete a curb crossing application.
Review the application, it includes all terms and guidelines you need to follow. Once you have submitted all the necessary documents and fees, we will begin the review process.
Total curb crossing application fee is $750.00.
The permit fee includes:
A $500 refundable deposit – if the approved finished project passes inspection.
A $250 non-refundable application fee.
All approved curb crossing applications must be completed within the same calendar year.
If the curb crossing is not completed, the application will be cancelled and only the deposit will be refunded. A new application must be submitted before any work starts.
Permit fees do not cover any construction costs of the proposed curb crossing. You must hire a private contractor to complete the construction.
