Schools

North Battleford has great schools that serve the city and the region, both in English and French. One of the High Schools in North Battleford, Sakewew High School, also includes alternate programs, such as Cree language and Native studies, along with enriched activities in dance and art.

The Living Sky School Division, Light of Christ Catholic School Division, Sakawew High School, and École Père Mercure provide primary and secondary education.

North West College (NWC) and the Saskatchewan Indian Institute of Technologies (S.I.I.T.) provide post-secondary courses. North West Regional College also provides some University of Saskatchewan (U of S) and University of Regina (U of R) courses.
