City of North Battleford operations during potenial postal strike

Billing during potential postal strike

During the postal strike, no paper bills will be mailed to utility customers. To make sure you are still receiving your utility bills, the City encourages you to sign up for e-billing.

Customers are reminded to sign up for free text alert reminders for utility services. This will remind you of a payment amount that is owing, and it will help you avoid service disconnections.

If customers do not sign up for e-billing and text reminders, they are asked to call City Hall to confirm the balance owing for their utility account. Payment deadlines for utility billing remain the same, whether bills are received through mail or email. Late payment penalties will still be incurred.
