The City invests significantly in capital and infrastructure projects to continually improve the services for residents and to expand for future population growth. The City’s Underground Pipeline and Asphalt Replacement (UPAR) program ensures quality in-ground infrastructure and safe roads and walkways for enhanced accessibility in the community.
