Tender - 2026 UPAR Paving Project
Synopsis:
The 2026 UPAR Paving Project aims to rehabilitate selected asphalt roadways distributed throughout
the entire City, with project locations selected through a prioritized order based on a comprehensive
condition assessment.
The project’s objective is to improve pavement conditions, enhance safety and extend the service life
of the City’s road network for all users.
The work will include milling and resurfacing deteriorated asphalt surfaces, performing localized base
repair, and restoring the roadway to meet current standards.
