RFP - Parsons Paving & Drainage Rehabilitation

Synopsis:

The 2026 Parsons Paving & Drainage Rehabilitation Project consists of roadway paving and associated drainage improvements within the Parsons Industrial Area, including Thatcher Avenue (between Holstein Street and Marquis Avenue), Holstein Street and Marquis Avenue.

Work on Thatcher Avenue will involve an asphalt overlay to restore surface condition and improve driving quality.

Marquis Avenue and Holstein Street, which was pulverized in 2024, will require shaping and grading of the existing roadway, followed by placement of a new asphalt surface.

In addition to paving, the project includes drainage rehabilitation to improve surface water management throughout the area. This will involve the installation of new ditches and culverts where required, minor regrading of existing ditches, and adjustment of select existing culverts.
