  • New Years — January 1 — Closed

  • Good Friday (Friday before Easter Sunday) — Closed

  • Victoria Day (Monday on or before May 24) — Closed

  • Canada Day — July 1 — Closed

  • Saskatchewan Day (first Monday in August) — Closed

  • Annual maintenance — Extended closure, dates to be announced

  • National Day for Truth and Reconciliation (September 30) — Closed

  • Thanksgiving (second Monday in October) — Closed

  • Remembrance Day (November 11) — Closed

  • December 24 (Christmas Eve) — Open for limited hours (TBA)

  • December 25 — Closed

  • December 26 — Closed

  • December 31 (New Year’s Eve) — Open for limited hours (TBA)

During the last half hour of public swim, all water features are turned off. 

"Features on" refers to active water features, including:

  • Waves
  • Water slides
  • Spray features

If not listed as on that means that "Features off" and all these water features are deactivated.

Supervision Requirements for Children Under 8 Years Old

  • All children under 8 years old must be accompanied by an adult who is at least 14 years old.
  • Children under 8 must remain within arm's reach of the accompanying adult at all times.
  • A maximum of 3 children under 8 years old may be supervised by one parent or guardian.

Facility information

The Battlefords CO-OP Aquatic Centre opened in 2012 and is one of the components of the InnovationPlex. It has a six-lane lap pool, a wave pool, two waterslides, a lazy river, a whirlpool, and a steam room. Our goal is to provide fun activities and various types of affordable programming for all ages.
