Unofficial North Battleford Municipal By-Election results; Gail Feser declared newly elected City Councillor
With five candidates in the running for a vacant City Councillor position in North Battleford, the 2026 Municipal By-Election unofficial results have been tabulated and announced by the City’s Returning Officer.
Gail Feser was declared the winner following the manual count of votes. Unofficial results are listed below, in order of the number of votes received:

North Battleford Mayor Kelli Hawtin welcomes Feser, who will serve with the members of existing Council until the next municipal election in the fall of 2028. “On behalf of City Council, we extend our congratulations to the new Councillor-elect, Gail Feser, and express gratitude to all who campaigned and ran in this by-election. I look forward to formally welcoming Gail at our next City Council meeting on February 9th.”
Official municipal by-election results will be posted at City Hall and on the City’s website by the Returning Officer on January 22nd, 2026.
