RFP - WMF Equipment Storage Building

Synopsis:

The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to solicit proposals with pricing to construct an equipment storage building at the Waste Management Faculty (WMF).  The building is intended to provide storage for the equipment used at the WMF. We are considering 3 building sizes that are approximately 60x80, 60x100 and 60x120 feet, from which, one building will be selected.  Similar size buildings capable of storing all the equipment will be considered.  All buildings must have at least 20 feet of vertical internal clearance.  The building type is to be metal clad, and the contractor can propose the type of framing (e.g. steel, post-frame).  Examples of possible layouts are provided along with the RFP document.

The intent of this RFP is to identify a vendor with the experience, capability, and resources to complete the project efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all applicable codes and standards.
