RFP - Organizational Effectiveness and Modernization Review

Synopsis:

The City of North Battleford (the “City”) invites proposals from qualified consulting firms or teams to undertake a comprehensive Organizational Effectiveness and Modernization Review of the Corporation. The City seeks an independent, evidence-informed assessment of its structure, functions, management systems and organizational capacity, together with a practical future-state model and implementation roadmap.

The review is intended to ensure the Corporation is organized to support Council, deliver authorized municipal services, implement the Strategic Plan and respond to future needs. The City is seeking best fit and value, not simply the lowest-priced proposal.
