Public Notice of Planning Committee Time Change

In accordance with section 97 of the Cities Act and section 8 of Procedures Bylaw No. 2108, please be advised that  

• the Regular Planning Committee Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, February 17, 2026, will commence at 5:30 p.m. to accommodate a community event; and,  
• the Regular In‑Camera Planning Committee scheduled for Tuesday, February 17, 2026, will commence at 3:30 p.m. to accommodate a community event.  

This meeting will be held in person in Council Chambers and on Zoom using Webinar ID: 846 0746 7669. Zoom details will also be available on the City’s website.  

Notice is hereby given this 10th day of February, 2026.
