Public Notice of Special Planning Committee Meetings

In accordance with section 97 of the Cities Act and section 8 of Procedures Bylaw No. 2108, please be advised that the following Special Planning Committee Meetings have been scheduled for 2027 Budget Deliberations

Thursday, November 19, 2026, commencing at 4:45 pm;
Thursday, November 26, 2026, commencing at 4:45 pm;
Monday, November 30, 2026, commencing at 4:45 pm; and,
Thursday, December 3, 2026, commencing at 4:45 pm.

This meeting will be held in person in Council Chambers and on Zoom using Webinar ID: 846 0746 7669. Zoom details will also be available on the City’s website.

Notice is hereby given this 30th day of October, 2026.
