Public Notice of Special Council & Special Planning Committee Meetings

In accordance with section 97 of the Cities Act and section 8 of Procedures Bylaw No. 2108, please be advised that the following Special Meetings have been scheduled:

• Special Council Meeting on Monday, March 30, 2026, commencing at 5 p.m., to consider the Downtown Security Initiative and a request from Red Pheasant Cree Nation for support in an application for grant funding.
• Special Planning Committee Meeting on Monday, March 30, 2026, commencing at 5:30 p.m., to receive an Arena Briefing.

These meetings will be held in Council Chambers at the Don Ross Community Centre and on Zoom using Webinar ID: 846 0746 7669. Zoom details will also be available on the City’s website.

Notice is hereby given this 27th day of March, 2026.
