PUBLIC NOTICE OF A SPECIAL COUNCIL & PLANNING COMMITTEE MEETINGS

In accordance with section 97 of the Cities Act and section 8 and Procedures Bylaw No. 2108, please be advised that the following meetings have been scheduled:

Special Council Meeting for Wednesday, September 20^th, 2023, commencing at 5:15 p.m. to consider the funding associated with the Airport Line Painting Project.
Special Planning Committee Meeting for Wednesday, September 20^th, 2023, immediately following the Special Council Meeting to conduct a review of the Draft 2024 Capital Budget.

This meeting will be in Council Chambers, Room 107 of the Don Ross Centre and held via Zoom using Webinar ID: 819 8237 8419. Zoom details will also be available on iCompass via the City’s website prior to the meeting.
