City of North Battleford urges public not use online recreation booking software due to phishing activities

The City of North Battleford has been notified that its third-party recreation booking software is sending out phishing emails in which it appears that the user has a Sasktel voicemail.

IMPORTANT:
Do NOT click on these emails, do NOT click the link, and delete the email immediately. If you have clicked on this email or link and provided any information, please contact your financial institution immediately. The City of North Battleford does not solicit banking or credit card information using emails.

A sample email is pictured below for reference, but recipients may receive a version which varies slightly.

Until the City of North Battleford issues a statement advising otherwise, please do not use the City’s online recreation booking software. Instead, please contact the Central Booking office directly by email or phone at 306-445-1755. City Recreational Facilities can also be contacted directly to inquire about bookings or rentals.
