2026 Assessment Roll opens Thursday in North Battleford

City of North Battleford residents and property owners can access the 2026 Assessment Roll starting Thursday, March 26, 2026, with the Roll remaining open until April 27, 2026. During these 30 days, anyone who wishes to appeal their SAMA (Saskatchewan Assessment Management Agency) property valuation may do so. This is the only time of the year during which appeals may be filed.

The City of North Battleford expects to establish property tax mill rates by mid-May this year, and aims to distribute tax notices in late May 2026.

The City’s external Assessor conducts revaluations of properties based on a 4-year cycle, with the last revaluation occurring in 2025. Property values in this year’s assessments will be reflective of market conditions as of January 1, 2025.
