RFP - Surface & Groundwater Treatment Plants Effluent Discharge - Environmental Risk Assessment

As per the City of North Battleford's Permit to Operate a Waterworks (#00002389-08-00), the City is required to complete a downstream use and impact study. The  purpose  of  the  assessment  is  to  identify  Environmental  Quality  Objectives  and Environmental Discharge Objectives by performing an Environmental Risk Assessment for the treatment plants receiving waters (North Saskatchewan River).
