City Hall Reopening July 13th
Anyone who is sick should not visit City Hall

North Battleford City Hall is reopening to the public on Monday, July 13th. City Hall will be open during regular business hours of 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Sneeze guards have been installed to protect visitors to City Hall and City of North Battleford employees. Visitors are encouraged to wear non-medical face masks. Visiting City Hall should be done only if it is essential, as customer space is limited due to the requirements to maintain social distancing. Alternative means of conducting business are still available – over the phone and the internet.

The City of North Battleford is committed to following all Saskatchewan health and safety guidelines to mitigate the exposure and spread of COVID-19. When visiting City Hall, please follow these guidelines to help stop the spread by:

  • Maintain social distancing by keeping a minimum distance of 2-metres with others

  • Wearing a mask if possible

  • Use the hand sanitizer station to disinfect

  • Follow the distancing arrows/decals and entrance and exit flow arrows

  • Limit visits to one household member

  • Cough or sneeze into your arm or tissue and immediately wash your hands

  • Avoid touching your face

Residents are encouraged to continue phoning 306-445-1700, for general inquiries. Alternatives to visiting City Hall to make application and payments include:

  • Online at

    • with a credit card or a debit Visa

  • By mail to City of North Battleford, PO Box 460, S9A 2Y6

    • with a cheque or money order

  • Using the secure drop box at City Hall – the door closest to the corner of 13th Avenue and 101st Street

    • with cash or cheque

Taxes and Utilities can also be paid through your banking institution or by signing up for an installment payment service. T.I.P.P.S., or the Tax Installment Payment Program Service, averages your taxes into monthly payments, with payments made by automatic debit withdrawal. While W.I.P.P.S., the Water Installment Payment Program Service averages your Utility bill into monthly payments, with payments made by automatic debit withdrawal.
