2018 Twinkle Tour a Shining Success

The first ever City of North Battleford Twinkle Tour was a success! A big thank you to everyone who decorated and entered into the Twinkle Tour. Attendance of the Twinkle Tour was large and enthusiastic, with over 200 vehicles driving with the tour.

The City of North Battleford would like to thank CJNB 1050, Magic Lantern Theaters and the Battlefords North Stars for their partnership in this community event. A special thanks to Tim Hortons who provided free coffee prior to the start of the Twinkle Tour.

"It was really good to see so many people excited about their community and participate in the event." Said City Planner Ryan Mackrell, organizer of the Twinkle Tour, adding “We are excited for next year, and already have ideas to make the event better.”

 

Winners

Raymond Seib – 1022-113th Street
This prize was drawn at random out of all the entries. They won the Battlefords North Stars Six Pack, congratulations!

Andre Bonneau – 1462-92nd Street
Andre was judged by Mayor Ryan Bater and Grant Schutte of CJNB 1050 to have decorated as the Brilliance of North Battleford. Congratulations!

Kimberly Frey – 2232-95th Street
Congratulations to Kimberly who is the winner of the Magic of Light, as judged by Mayor Ryan Bater and Grant Schutte of CJNB 1050.

Battlefords North Stars Six Pack

The Six Pack prize is six tickets to any Battlefords North Stars 2018-2019 regular season home games.


Brilliance of North Battleford

An hour Credit Union CUplex Party Package. Winners can host up to 36 people at the NationsWEST Field House for turf or court usage or at the Battlefords CO-OP Aquatic Centre. It includes chips and 48 hot dogs.

Magic of Light

Dress Rehearsal package from Magic Lantern Theatres. It is a 10 person tour of the new theatre plus a private movie showing before the new theatre opens to the public.
