CUplex-Coop Aquatic Centre Leasing Opportunity FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICES

The City of North Battleford (referred to as the “City”) is seeking a Commercial Food & Beverage business to provide a high-quality food & beverage service to the patrons of the COOP Aquatic Centre (referred to as the "Centre”) and the surrounding community. The commercial food & beverage business is located on the ground floor of the facility in the area designated as the lease area and has the opportunity to serve three recreation facilities, a performing arts theatre and public square as the only ground floor food service on the site. The Centre houses a wave pool, lazy river, 2 - waterslides, whirlpool, and a competition pool. The primary use of the facility is to service the growing need for competitive and recreational swimming opportunities in the region and it is anticipated that approximately 125,000 patrons will use the Coop Aquatic Centre on a yearly basis with another approximately 100,000 patrons using the Nations West Field House annually which is directly adjacent to the Coop Aquatic Centre.

The City of North Battleford (referred to as the “City”) is seeking a Commercial Vending Machines business to provide a high-quality food &/or beverage service to the patrons of the COOP Aquatic Centre (referred to as the "Facility”) and the surrounding community. The main space for a commercial vending machine business is located on the ground floor of the facility in the area designated as the lease area and has the opportunity to serve three recreation facilities, a performing arts theatre and public square as the only ground floor food service on the site. The Centre houses a wave pool, lazy river, 2 - waterslides, whirlpool, and a competition pool.
