Arenas
The City of North Battleford operates three arenas -- North Battleford Civic Centre, Agriplex Arena and the Don Ross Arena. Various service clubs in The Battlefords kindly sponsor FREE public skating (senior and pre-school) in these facilities. The City of North Battleford recognizes and thanks the following:

Recent upgrades have made The North Battleford Civic Centre a premier hockey facility! The Civic Centre is home to the Battlefords North Stars of the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League. The 200’ x 85’ ice surface is open from August until April and is surrounded by 8’ seamless glass. The Civic Centre has capacity for 2500 spectators.
In the off season, the North Battleford Civic Centre is utilized for local events such as the Kinsmen Indoor Rodeo, Pow Wows, the Shrine Circus and many other events such as concerts and dances. The Civic Centre also has an upper auditorium which is used for small banquets and functions.

- Starts in mid-September
- 1:15pm-2:15pm Wednesday afternoons

Noon Hour Shinny
- Starts in mid-September
- 12:00pm-1:00pm
- $3.00 per player (must be 18)
- Helmets, sticks, gloves and skates are mandatory
Agriplex Arena

The Agriplex Arena is located on the east side of North Battleford adjacent to Highway 16.
The Agriplex Arena has ice from November until March. It is a smaller arena utilized for Figure Skating, Minor Hockey, and Recreational Hockey. In the off season, the Agriplex Arena is utilized by the Battlefords Agricultural Society.

- Saturday evenings from 8:00pm-9:30pm (times subject to change due to tournaments)
- All ages are welcome to join games in progress
- Helmets, sticks, gloves and skates are mandatory
Don Ross Centre Arena

The Don Ross Centre Arena operates from early October until April. Bleachers provide seating for approximately 200 spectators in the arena, mainly utilized by Minor Hockey, Recreational Hockey and Figure Skating.
The Arena is attached to the Don Ross Centre which is equipped with meeting rooms and a gymnasium. The Don Ross Centre Arena is closed between Christmas and New Years.
