Municipal Roads
Excellent roadways are ensured with regular maintenence from the Department of Public Works. A program for new road construction assures paved streets to newly developed areas of the City.

Public Transportation
Regular bus service between the Battlefords is provided from 7:40 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Special service runs for senior citizens are also available.

As well, the Battlefords Handicapped Bus System operates on a five-day-a-week demand basis.

Taxis
Crown Cab operating 15 vehicles.

Helicopter Service
Available on request.

Courier Service Four companies provide daily service
Passenger & Bus Service Service provided five times daily
Regular Service Carriers Seven companies which provide service (trucks) to major centres such as Saskatoon or Edmonton.
Oil Field Trucking Service There are over 20 authorities in the region.
Heavy Haulers Four local companies specialize in hauling heavy equipment.

Service provided by C.N. Rail

Airport
Effective January 1, 1997, ownership of the airport was transferred from the Federal Government to the City of North Battleford.

The Cameron McIntosh Airport (altitude 1799': 5000' x 150" paved runway; 2565' x 50' paved cross-wind runway) has outstanding development potential.
